As a customer, you have a 14 days cancellation period. The cancellation period starts on the day you received your item.

Within 14 Days you must inform us that you wish to return your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to service@hardtogetluxe.com

In your message, please let us know that you wish to exercise your right of returning your item and get a refund.

Special Orders or items you have been inspected before purchase cannot be returned.

All returs will be covered by the client and must be send full insurance cover.

Once the securitytag or lable has been removed from the item, you are unable to return your order.

You get your money back on the same way, you have payed for the order if we have received the product and checked it complies with the rules for the refund.
